Your profile, booking history, phone number, and any other personal data linked to your account on MedikZo.

We'll verify your request and complete the deletion within 30 days. You won't be contacted for any other reason.

Your deletion request is treated with strict confidentiality. We only use your mobile number to locate and remove your data.

What happens after you submit

We verify your request by sending an SMS to your mobile number to confirm it's really you.

Your data is located across all MedikZo systems — profile, bookings, and history.

Everything is deleted within 30 days. Your account will no longer exist on MedikZo.
